- Passwords cannot contain the user's account name or parts of the user's full name that exceed two consecutive characters.

How do I reset my Comet ID password through Windows (Student/Employee)?

The First Time User Setup will walk you through creating a new password, and setting up recovery information for recovery and future password resets.
